DFSA (Dubai Financial Services Authority)
The Dubai Financial Services Authority is the independent regulator of financial services in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). It licenses brokers, asset managers and other firms there and supervises their AML compliance under its own rulebook.
Why it matters for brokers and payment firms
DIFC brokers report suspicions to the UAE FIU through goAML and meet DFSA rules on AML and market conduct. Surveillance should cover both.
