SPK (Capital Markets Board of Türkiye)
SPK (Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu) regulates Türkiye's capital markets, including brokerage houses offering leveraged FX and CFDs. It sets conduct and market-abuse rules; AML reporting goes to MASAK.
